All of our jewelry goes through inspection phase before placing them on the website for sale. Once order is placed the product will go through a final inspection before the shipping process.
Our inspection process consist of:
- Scratches, dents or excessive solder/glue
- Missing parts, improper fit of stones or other components
- Poor fit/finish, mismatched colors, misaligned patterns/labels
- Sharp edges or points, frayed or exposed wires, poorly made repairs
- Poor symmetry or misalignment of components

Classy Chic Fierce is very confident that our fine jewelry will meet your expectations. However due to the condition of our products being custom Classy Chic Fierce is not accepting Refunds at this time. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may email us at email@example.com. Please make sure to include your order number, the reason or issue with your order, and full contact information if someone from our team needs to contact you.

Classy Chic Fierce ALWAYS offers Free Shipping in the USA only on all orders when you spend over $75. At this time we are currently not doing International Shipping but please check back soon.
All orders over $200 will need to be signed for.
All orders are shipped through Priority Mailing with USPS (United States Postal Service).
All In-stock items are shipped within 3 business days, and will arrive in 5 -7 business days after shipped (United States Post Office). For Pre-Order Items you there will be an estimated due date for when the items reach our warehouse before checking out. All Pre-Order Items will ship 4 days after inspection process is conducted and will arrive in 5-7 business days. Please note this excludes any weekend and holiday orders.
In the case an item is out of stock, you will be notified. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available.
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement.
Classy Chic Fierce is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items. If there are any delays with your packages please check the USPS. Please note that due to Covid19 and the high volume of orders USPS is experiencing some delays for shipping in your area. If you have yet to receive your order and have already checked your order status with USPS with a confirmed ticket number please contact our customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org
Made to Order and Personalized Orders May Take 2-6 WEEKS TO SHIP. If you order other items in addition to a made to order or personalized item, they will all ship together.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.
If Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return.
